STEPS OF A DENTAL VENEERS PROCEDURE

FIRST VISIT

The porcelain veneers treatment is often completed in three appointments. Your first visit to our office is for a consultation. During this appointment, we’ll discuss your smile goals and create a personalized treatment plan. We also may take impressions or x-rays.




SECOND VISIT

During your second appointment, our dentist will prepare your tooth or teeth for veneers. This will require removing enamel from your existing tooth so that the veneer can fit naturally over top. Next, you’ll have impressions taken of your teeth. A dental lab uses these impressions to create custom veneers for you. This process can take several weeks.

THIRD VISIT

At your third appointment, our dentist will first make sure that the dental veneers fit correctly and look natural alongside your existing teeth. Next, our dentist will bond the veneers to your teeth and use a special dental light to cure the cement. You will leave your appointment with a beautiful, natural-looking smile!
